When my points will be added?
Points are added on the 5th & 20th of each month after 30 days from receiving your product.

How to redeem your Points ?
Redeem On Jumia :
* Sign In with your account, Redeem your points from Tab (Redeem Your Points) on the home page.
* Must Have more than 3000 Points to Redeem on Jumia .
* Then you choose the points tier that you want to redeem based on your balance, Then Click Redeem now.
* After redeeming your points, within 2 working days the equivalent credit will be added to your JumiaPay account wallet within 2 working days.
Redeem on Jumia Partners
* Sign In with your account .
* Choose your preferred Partner and click on Redeem Points .
* Select the needed amount of points to get the partner discount and click redeem .
* Voucher Code will be sent to your registered phone number .
How to use my credit on Jumia?
* You can use your JumiaPay credit on Jumia Mall and Jumia One app. Just make sure that you login using the same email address that you used in your purchasing on Jumia Mall.
* You’ll find your Balance on Jumia Mall in the checkout payment page in the JumiaPay section.
Expiry
* Points gained during year 2020, shall expire by 31 December 2020.
* Points that shall be gained during year 2021, shall expire by 31 December 2021.
* After redeeming your points, the credit added to your jumia balance expires after 30 days.
* Customer is not entitled to request back any of his/her expired points or credit after their expiry date.
* The black Friday November 2020 offer for double points will expire after two weeks from the date it was added to your account.
Terms and Conditions
* Points program is designed for consumer segment only
* Expiry of the deals discounts is communicated upon offer claiming and vary from one brand to another based on the discount offer
* In case you return any product while using Jumia rewards credit, It will be refunded back as a credit on your JumiaPay account
* Points addition cap is limited to 20,000 points per customer per each month
* Points is added to your balance after 30 days from delivery, starting from the 1st of March 2020
* Only customers who receive an invitation will be enrolled to Jumia Rewards Program
Jumia reserves the right to exclude any non eligible segment related to Jumia Rewards anytime as it may deem fit. Any such change, amendment or reproduction shall immediately bind the customer from the date on which it’s posted on Jumia website.
