What is the e-Points card?
It is a reward card that earns you points every time you use it at our partnering merchants. The points you earn can also be exchanged at any merchant within the e-Points network. The e-Points card is not a credit, guarantee, identification or a discount card.
How do I enroll?
To have the e-Points card in your wallet.
1. Apply online by filling out our online application form "Apply for a Card".
2. Fill out the application forms allocated at participating merchants.
3. Call the e-Points helpdesk at 06 552 53 53.
How soon after I enroll will I receive my card?
You should receive your membership kit within four to five working days. If you have not received your card within that period, please call the e-Points helpdesk at 06 552 53 53.
How do I know that I've collected my points?
When you present your e-Points card every time you make a purchase you will receive a transaction receipt with your balance. You can also check your point status online by first registering your card then clicking on check your balance.
Please allow 5 days for points to be credited to your account.
How do I redeem my points?
Simply visit any e-Points merchant to exchange your points based on your balance amount. An updated list of all Participating Merchants is availble on our web site or in the brochure that comes with your welcome kit. Our merchants are updated periodically.
Can I earn points outside of the e-Points network?
No, you can only earn and exchange points from our participating merchants.
Do I pay to get the e-Points card?
The e-Points card is issued for FREE.
